This was a known issue in build: ESBDeploy_MSI_7.0.50.0 which was subsequently patched in ESBDeploy_MSI_7.0.51.0.

MSI installer diagnosis...

1) Can you please confirm you're having issues with ESBDeploy_MSI_7.0.51.0. Also, can you please specify the Operating System you're experiencing this issue on? Thanks.

Note: The MSI installer checks for the presence of following Registry Key and String value entry. Note the actual value is NOT checked,

  •   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\7BA8AEDE38672DE4AA916E0C8760C4D0

String value:

  •   ProductName

2) Please ensure you're running the installer with administrative privileges.

Plan B: Alternate installation method...

As a workaround, you can use the manual installer -  ESBDeploy_S_7.0.51.0 - available at:

The MSI installer is just a wrapper for the manual installer.

Note: Please ensure you also have the .NET Framework 4.0 installed. See documentation references below on how to run manual installer.

The Manual Installation instructions is not clear,  is there any more detailed installation instructions?

In addition, is there any document describes the source code?
